Members shall meet on the first and third Tuesday of each month, September — May. The first meeting of each month
will be a business meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. followed by a mug up. The second meeting of each month will be a
social meeting beginning with a potluck at 6:30 p.m., followed by a program. A brief business meeting, held prior to the
social, may be called at the presidents’ discretion.
All meetings and social events will take place at the
Pioneer Hall, 612 F Street, Anchorage, Alaska 99501, (907) 279-

(unless otherwise stated). There will be no meetings during the months of June, July and August. Business meetings are restricted to current members of any Igloo of the Pioneers of Alaska. Social meetings and events are open to members and their invited guest, unless otherwise stated. |
Membership applications for qualifying applicants can be obtained at regular business meetings or social events at the
Pioneer Hall or through the Men’s and Women’s Membership Committees.

Any member in good standing, who has been a member for a period as specified by their Igloo may qualify for Life Membership.

Any member who intends to leave Alaska and desires to maintain their affiliation with their Igloo and remain in good standing, may
apply for a Clearance Card that exempts the holder of dues and assessments while the member is residing outside the State of
Alaska. Upon return to the jurisdiction, the card becomes invalid and the holder is again subject to regular dues and assessments.

Any member changing their residence from the jurisdiction of their Igloo to the jurisdiction of another within the State of Alaska and
desiring to unite with the Igloo at their new place of residence, may make application for membership by transfer or dual
membership. |
